Beauty Club Aesthetic Co., Ltd. ("the Company") takes the protection of personal data of users of beautyclubaesthetic.com seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
This policy covers the website and contacting us through the Company's channels. Data used under manufacturing contracts, such as details for Thai FDA notification, is handled under those contracts and separate notices.

Some providers, such as Cloudflare, Google, Meta (Facebook), LINE, TikTok and Microsoft, may process or store data on servers outside Thailand, protected under each provider's own agreements and policies.
When you follow a link to LINE, Facebook, TikTok or Google Maps, your data on that service is governed by that provider's policy.
Retention period
- Google Analytics data: 14 months
- Cookies: as stated in the cookie policy
- Enquiries you send us: 2 years from your last contact
- Records once you become a customer: for the period required by accounting and tax law
After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Under the law you have the right to:

- Receive your data in a commonly readable format, or have it sent to someone else
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted or its use restricted
- Object to processing
